This program is from the HP Contributed Software Library,
file rev2001_x170.fst. Decoded, assembled and ran again 7/14/07.
The FST archive was first un-tarred using a Linux command like:
tar -x --exclude='Dfile *' --exclude=' *' < rev2001_x170.fst &> /dev/null
(the redirect to null is to avoid seeing a shower of error messages)
The files come out with very strange names (not compatible w/ Windows)
and had to be renamed before decoding, which was done using the
HP-IPL/OS fixfst.ipl program, attaching the encoded file to PTR and
attaching PTP to the decoded file, and running FIXFST (actually using
scripts and stuff.. have both the untar and a build containing the
fix program rigged to right clicks so that I can simply right-click
an FST archive and untar it, then right-click an odd-named encoded file
and select a decode option and it automagically creates a decoded file).

In the following simulator dump, the sio.abs file is the sio16k11.abs
file which I slot-patched for my configuration using HP-IPL/OS program
sioutil.ipl (did not have the "siodump" program to do this "correctly").
The bcs31k.abs file is a 31KW BCS linker made using the bcsprep.abs file.
HP-IPL/OS was used to call the simh prompt etc (using early versions of
words now in altutil.ipl) but could have been done using the stock
hp2100 sim and set [dev] [dev]=[slot] commands, setting tbg to 10,
tty to 11, ptr to 12 and ptp to 13.
